The Northeast Tennessee Tourism Association (NETTA) held its annual meeting and election of officers on June 17 at Bristol Motor Speedway & Dragway.
Elected to the board of trustees for 2008-09 were: Tammy Kinser, CTTP, of the Greene County Partnership Tourism Department, and Lizzie Watts, superintendent of the Andrew Johnson National Historic Site.
Terry Eckley, of King Pharmaceuticals, was elected chairman for the 2008-2009 fiscal year. Other officers include:
Chairman-Elect -- Melissa Thomas, Tri-Cities Regional Airport;
Treasurer -- Jay Stafford, Print Distribution Service, LLC;
Past Chairman -- Ken Misterly, The Millennium Conference Center.
Claudia S. Moody remains as the chief executive officer.
